The 2003 My Little Ponies are based on a theme of celebration. Hasbro referred to the first individual ponies issues as either Glitter Celebration Ponies or Rainbow Celebration Ponies. This is where the divisional names come from. The new ponies do not have a formal issue type name, like Flutter Ponies or Magic Motion Ponies as did both the 80's and '97 versions. The are simply labeled My Little Ponies. 2003 was a busy year for My Little Pony as they made their way into shelves in select places across the world. Basic issues concerning these ponies:
Accessories and Pamplets: Here are photos from the first pamphlet issued: Brochure, front; Brochure, back. The second is the Pinkie Pie Pamphlet New pamphlets are being issued progressively with newer releases. Also, each standard pony comes with a brush, charm, and friendship ribbon. However, new ponies are coming packaged with special accessories and the like. The above links will take you to photos of each, showing actual size of the accessories. The friendship ribbon is the same with all packages, so it will only be pictured here.
